Founded in 2017, Christmas Merlion began with a simple idea. As expats living in Singapore, we longed for Christmas decorations that celebrated the city we had grown to love. We wanted to share a little piece of Singapore with family and friends back home - especially during the festive season - but nothing quite captured the spirit we were looking for.

And so, the Christmas Merlion was born.

From inception, our goal was to create a beautiful, high-quality, and thoughtfully crafted keepsake - something we would be proud to gift, and that truly embodied the charm and character of our Lion City.

Over the years, other wonderful brands have joined the landscape, making it possible to adorn Christmas trees entirely with Singapore-inspired décor. We love seeing this creative community flourish.

As the brand has grown, the Christmas Merlion has evolved into something meaningful far beyond Christmas. It has become a perfect gift for visitors to Singapore, as well as for local residents who want to celebrate the little red dot they call home. After all, Christmas Merlions are for life, not just for Christmas!
